Norice Rice is a highly experienced professional with over 38 years in the investment industry, specializing in global capital markets. She joined Fin Capital as a Senior Advisor in 2022. Before that, she spent 19 years at The Yucaipa Companies, where she was a Principal responsible for raising capital for the Yucaipa family of funds. Norice also worked as Vice President at Jackson Securities, Inc. and as Director of Investments for the State of Ohio, where she managed and traded a portfolio worth $13 billion. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President at Dean Witter Reynolds in Texas. In addition to her career, Norice has been very active in industry organizations. She served three terms on the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) and received their Joyce Johnson Award in 2017. She is currently president of the NASP SoCal chapter and has served in such capacity since 2009. Norice has also contributed to other groups, including two terms on the National Association of State Treasurers (NAST), and the Corporate Affiliates Board from 2005 to 2010.
