John Weber is the Chief Financial Officer of Locust Point Capital. As the CFO, Mr. Weber is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, fund administration, banking, and treasury management. Mr. Weber has more than 15 years of accounting experience, during which he has directly worked on over 10 different investment funds totaling $3 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Locust Point Capital, Mr. Weber was the Controller at Contemporary Healthcare Capital, LLC where he was responsible for financial reporting and management of day-to-day accounting matters of six different senior housing investment funds with over $500M in capital. Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
