Carlos Diaz is Vice President - Originations at Locust Point Capital and is responsible for supporting the loan originations team. Prior to joining Locust Point Capital, Mr. Diaz spent ten years working as an appraiser at Kroll and OHC Advisors where he specialized in the valuation of senior housing and skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Diaz holds a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
