Adib Sarkis is an Assistant Vice President – Underwriting at Locust Point Capital where he is responsible for supporting the origination and underwriting teams. His duties include deal screening, property analysis, loan sizing, and credit analysis. Prior to joining Locust Point Capital, Mr. Sarkis spent three years working as an appraiser at JLL and CBRE as a part of their respective Seniors Housing and Healthcare specialty practices. Mr. Sarkis holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
